Account help
- Reset your password: use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, or email us.
- Manage two-factor authentication: in the app under Profile → Security, or on the web at your profile.
- Disconnect a bank: from the Accounts screen. This immediately revokes our access via Plaid.
- Delete your account: in the app under Profile → Delete account, or email us. This permanently removes your data.
Security & privacy
We never see your bank password — connections run through Plaid. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and never shared with advertisers. Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
